What: Calling all croppers, crafters, quilters, artists, and creatives! Join us for up to 24 hours of dedicated retreat time to work on your projects and engage in fellowship with other crafters. Don’t forget to invite your friends!
When: Friday, August 21st and Saturday, August 22nd 2026 from 9:00 am until 9:00 pm. Doors open at 8:45 am both days.
COST
Both Days: $70
Friday Only: $30
Saturday Only: $50
Early Bird thru December 1st: Take $5 off of your registration!
DETAILS
Both Days - Includes Trash & Treasure Table, one 8-foot reserved table, access to vendors, free WiFi, and free electricity* *Please bring your own long extension cord.
Friday - Water and Iced Tea will be served throughout the day. Meals and snacks on your own.
Saturday - Includes fruit and coffee for breakfast, and snacks and a larger variety of drinks throughout the day. Optional Lunch and Dinner.

Optional Saturday Lunch $7 : Sandwiches and Chips
Optional Saturday Dinner $10: Breakfast for Dinner: Pancakes, Eggs, and Sausage

OTHER NOTES
***This is NOT an overnight event.*** Please make sure you have lodging arrangements made if you plan to attend both days. There are several nice hotels within a few miles each direction of the church.
Attendees are welcome to attend our regularly scheduled Friday Daily Mass at 12:00pm and Saturday Vigil Mass at 5:00pm during the retreat.
Prayer Ministry will be present on Saturday from 3:00-4:00pm
There will be assigned seating. Please list anyone you would like to sit next to when prompted.
All proceeds from the weekend go directly back to support the St. Charles Borromeo Parish Community by helping various ministries.

Registration Fees are non-refundable, however they may be transferred to another person for the same event date(s).
